Maintenance Technicians (PLC programming exp. required) - 2nd and 3rd shifts available

Our client is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support their manufacturing facility in Mebane, NC.

This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of industrial automation equipment to keep production operations running efficiently. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a solid foundation in PLC, electrical, and mechanical systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems, identifying and resolving faults as they occur.

• Perform electrical troubleshooting to diagnose and correct equipment malfunctions.

• Conduct mechanical troubleshooting to resolve issues involving machinery and moving components.

• Maintain and troubleshoot industrial automation systems to ensure reliable performance.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems using previous hydraulics experience.

• Make PLC programming adjustments and modifications when needed.

• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment to support operational goals.

• Strong proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and issue resolution.

• Skilled in electrical troubleshooting and repair.

• Mechanical troubleshooting abilities, with experience resolving complex machine issues.

• Background in maintaining and troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.

• Experience developing and carrying out preventive maintenance plans.

• Hands‑on experience with hydraulics and pneumatics systems.

• PLC programming experience for making adjustments and minor program changes.

• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
