Machine Operator - Need Machine Operator Exp candidates

Entry Level
• Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens or GC Holders or EAD/OPT/CPT)

Location:

Mebane, NC
• Duration: 12 months
• 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm (Occasional overtime Fridays 7am-12noon)

Develops basic skills in routine tasks, follows SOPs, works under high supervision.

• Performs basic operational tasks with high supervision.
• Responsibilities include packaging kits, cleaning functions, simple in-process quality checks, routine paperwork.
• Handles machine operations such as pulling raw materials, feeding materials, clearing common faults.
• Limited involvement in set-up, start-up, shut-down, adjustments of machines.
• Provides minimal input on SOPs.
• Follows GMP with supervision.
• Adheres to housekeeping and safety policies.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED.
• Experience:
  
  At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Physical:
  Able to stand long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, perform repetitive motions.

• Basic teamwork and communication.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform semi-routine assignments with supervision.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, following diagrams, basic arithmetic.
