Location:

Mebane, NC. Duration: 12 Months. Total Hours/week: 40. 1st Shift.

Contract on W2 (US Citizens, GC Holders, GC EAD, OPT, or CPT eligible).

Shift schedule: 3 x 12 hours (Mon-Wed 7:00 am–7:30 pm), with every other Thursday 8 hours (7:00 am–3:30 pm).

• Is skilled in an operational process area and may be expanding skills in one area.
• Applies knowledge and skills to complete assigned tasks within own area.
• Works within established SOPs and adheres to quality guidelines.
• Performs basic operational tasks with some supervision; handles packaging kits, cleaning functions, simple in-process quality checks, and routine paperwork.
• Handles basic machine operations: pulling raw materials, feeding materials into production lines, and clearing common machine faults.
• Participates in set-up, start-up, shut-down, and adjustments of machines.
• Provides input on Standard Operating Procedures; adheres to GMP with supervision and follows housekeeping and safety policies.
• Demonstrates increasing independence and technical knowledge; performs more advanced tasks such as clearing most common machine faults and assisting with set-up/start-up/shut-down operations; conducts controls and adjustments for machines.
• Manages operational metrics (output and scrap) and supports continuous improvement; uses SAP for inventory tracking and production management; works with MES to support production workflows; handles inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma.
• Experience:
  
  At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.

• Advanced teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail for semi-routine assignments.
• Familiarity with operational metrics (output, scrap).
• Proficiency with SAP and MES.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance tasks.
