In this role, you will operate process equipment or machinery to convert raw materials or semi-finished parts into components or finished parts for a final product, ensuring timely completion and required quality. You will execute tasks according to workflows, ABB standard processes, and safety guidelines, reporting any non-compliance. Operating machines in accordance with manuals, work schedules, and production orders will be part of your responsibilities.

The work model is onsite, contributing to the ELDS Fabrication department for first shift operations in Mebane, NC.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Legal authorization to work in the US
• Knowledge and use of tools like tape measures, calipers, grinders, etc.
• Ability to safely use a ladder as needed
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs

The environment involves manufacturing tasks, occasional lifting, climbing, walking, and standing for extended periods. Frequent computer use for data entry and communication is required. PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed shoes is mandatory to ensure safety.
