This role reports to:
Production Supervisor.

Location:

Mebane, NC. Work model: onsite. This role contributes to the ELDS LIS SWGR business line for the 1st shift operations.

• Conduct all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including packing when integrated with production lines.
• Perform work manually or by using light hand tools.
• Carry out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.
• Operate within standard operating procedures and maintain a clean work area.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.
• Knowledge and use of tools such as tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools.
• Ability to safely use a ladder when performing the job.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.

• Demonstrates ABB's core values and safety and integrity standards.

• Adheres to internal and statutory regulations and policies.
• Maintains integrity and ethics in all activities.
