Location: Mebane, NC

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite - Tues-Sat, 7AM-4PM

Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + overtime opportunities + full benefits package

• Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move materials safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks at shipping and receiving docks
• Stage materials for production and warehouse operations
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues
• Transport pallets, skids, and inventory throughout the facility
• Follow OSHA, safety, and quality standards to support on-time production

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of forklift driving or warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and teamwork

• Dedicated to Quality and Safety: Operate forklifts safely while maintaining accurate material handling
• Integrity and Respect: Communicate clearly and follow established procedures
• Building Relationships: Partner with warehouse and production teams to meet delivery needs
• Challenging the Expected: Help improve efficiency and reduce material handling delays
