• Role:
  Mold Technician with Growing Industry Leader
• Pay: $25–$35/hr depending on experience
• Shift Options: 1st or 2nd shift
• Overtime:
  Occasionally available (2–16 hours/week when active)
• Growth Opportunities:
  Advancement through structured technician and maker levels (Tech → Maker 1, 2,
  3)
• Responsibilities:
  • Perform changeovers, cleaning, polishing, and repair on large-scale molds
  • Operate manual and CNC equipment to complete necessary maintenance
  • Troubleshoot mold‑related issues and ensure production readiness
  • Maintain tools, equipment logs, and a clean work environment
  • Order and track parts as needed
• Qualifications:
  • Experience with mold repair and maintenance preferred
  • Familiarity with both manual and CNC machining
  • Understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read blueprints and maintenance instructions
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

-based manufacturer seeking experienced Mold Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on role supporting production by maintaining, cleaning, and repairing molds ranging from 500 to 1600 tons. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, dependable, and open to working on either shift with occasional overtime.
