• Perform routine machinery set‑up, adjustments, and repair of simple replacement parts.
• Ensure regular maintenance of equipment, set up tools, program machinery, troubleshoot, and report issues; maintain detailed records.
• Track approved, defective units, and final products.
• Execute tasks according to agreed workflows and ABB standard processes and safety guidelines; report any non‑compliance.
• Operate machines in accordance with operating manuals, work schedules, and production orders.
• Maintain a safe working attitude and environment while performing daily activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Knowledge and use of hand tools – tape measure, calipers, grinders, etc.
• Ability to safely use a ladder as needed.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.

Manufacturing plant environment requiring a combination of hands‑on and technical tasks. Work may involve occasional lifting, climbing stairs or ladders, and walking. Employees may bend, twist, or stand for extended periods. Frequent computer use is necessary for data entry, monitoring, and communication. Personal protective equipment (safety glasses, gloves, steel‑toed shoes) is required. Physical endurance, technical proficiency, and commitment to safety standards are essential.
