Job Overview- Develops skills in basic tasks, techniques and procedures. Applies basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps.
- Has basic training in an operational process area.
- Works within clearly defined SOPs and adheres to quality guidelines.
- Works with a high degree of supervision and has minimal discretion.
- Performs basic operational tasks with a high degree of supervision.
- Responsibilities include packaging kits, cleaning functions, conducting simple in-process quality checks, and completing routine paperwork.
- Handles some basic machine operations, such as pulling raw materials, feeding materials into production lines, and clearing some common machine faults.
- Limited involvement in set-up, start-up, shut-down, and adjustments of machines.
- Provides minimal input on Standard Operating Procedures.
- Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) with supervision.
- Adheres to housekeeping and safety policies.
- Education:
High school diploma or GED. - Experience:
At least 2 year of manufacturing experience. - Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Basic teamwork and communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform semi-routine assignments with supervision.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, following diagrams, and performing basic arithmetic.
