SMX is looking for dependable and Full-Time motivated Warehouse Associates and Machine Operators to join our team. This is a true Temp to Hire position with our customer. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including packing materials for shipments as well as loading materials in machines for production. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment meeting expectations to be considered for Full-Time employment.

Duties:

Warehouse Associate

• Packandpreparecustomerordersforshipment.
• Loadandunloadtrucksandpalletssafely.
• Maintainaccurateinventorycountsandrecords.
• Operatewarehouseequipment(pallet jacks,forklifts,etc.)iftrained/certified.
• Followallcompanypoliciesandsafetyprocedures

Machine Operator

• Set up, operate, and monitor machines to manufacture products according to specifications.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance as needed.
• Inspect parts and products for quality assurance

Assistwithothergeneralwarehousedutiesasassigned for all positions.

Position Requirements :

• Basicmathand computer skills
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

12-hour shifts available, immediate openings on overnight shifts 7 pm - 7 am!

Requirements:
Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.

Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
