Schedule

We are looking for one or two different RN or LPNs

*** Monday-Friday shift availability, 7am-7pm***

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Evaluate and treat clients with appropriate level of skill according to client's needs under the supervision of an RN, Clinical Manager.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Attend school with client
• Verbal demonstrations of client rights and responsibilities
• Support case management by coordinating patient care plans and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Demonstrate proper use of equipment.
• Ensure HIPAA regulations are adhered to.
• All other duties assigned.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Active, Unencumbered RN or LPN in the state of NC (NCBON).
• CPR Certification
• Valid Driver License and auto insurance coverage

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
