Reports to:

Quality Manager

• Coordinate and drive supplier and part qualifications; track and monitor scorecards of supplier performances; assign corrective and preventative actions to improve supplier performances.
• Coordinate process improvements, non‑conforming material dispositions, corrective actions and surveillance auditing with suppliers; facilitate the Quality Wins program for ELSP site (including team trainings, process changes, and system implementations).
• Maintain and manage QMS documentation repository; understand and be accountable for manufacturing metrics that pertain to the group (HSE, Quality, Service, and Cost‑out).
• Drive efforts to support and meet production schedules, including productivity, quality, and lean manufacturing initiative; take responsibility for continuous improvement of production operations including safety, scheduling, quality, lean, and training/development in assigned areas.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or engineering discipline plus minimum 1 year quality control experience, or associate degree in a technical discipline plus minimum 3 years quality control experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in measurement tools (meters, calipers, gauges, etc.).
• Demonstrated understanding of quality procedures and concepts.
• Demonstrated lean manufacturing participation; demonstrated HSE participation and support.
• Flexibility to rotate and flex to any area of production, as needed.
• Must already have work authorization that would permit you to work for ABB in the US.
