Quality Inspector

Pay: $20.00/hour

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to inspect materials and finished products, identify defects, and ensure products meet established quality and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing or quality inspection experience and be comfortable using measuring tools and following detailed work instructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials and finished products.
  • Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and quality testing according to established procedures.
  • Identify, document, and report defective or nonconforming materials/products.
  • Use precision measuring equipment and inspection tools as required.
  • Verify products meet specifications, tolerances, and quality standards.
  • Complete inspection reports, quality documentation, and required records accurately.
  • Assist with identifying the root causes of quality issues and supporting corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection results and product quality.
  • Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve issues and maintain production standards.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous quality inspection, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies.
  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions, specifications, and procedures.
  • Comfortable using measuring tools and inspection equipment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to complete quality documentation.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive inspection tasks as required.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
