Retail Sales Associate, Full Time, Customer Operations - Mebane Tanger

We are looking for a friendly, customer‑focused associate to join our Old Navy team in Mebane, NC.

As a Full Time Brand Associate, you will enhance customer experience, drive sales and promote loyalty.

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Engage customers and drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals which contribute to overall store goals.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back of house.
• Maintain a neat and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes efficiently.

• A good communicator who can interact with customers and team to meet goals.
• A customer‑focused service provider on and off the sales floor.
• Passionate about retail and thrive in fast‑paced environment.
• A problem solver focused on continuous improvement and open to feedback.
• Agile schedule flexibility including holiday, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Able to utilize retail technology.
• Lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office.
