The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and prioritizes customer needs. This role supports sales objectives while contributing to a welcoming and inclusive store environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service and help customers with product selection, styling, and fitting room needs.
- Meet or exceed individual sales and customer engagement targets, and support store sales plans.
- Maintain store standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues, participate in training, and share customer and product feedback with management.
- Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
- Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend schedules; overnight shifts or travel may be required.
