HVAC Installation Coordinator –

Schedule:

Wednesday to Saturday;
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8 am–8 pm and Wednesday from 2 pm–8 pm.

EANES, an Horizon Services company voted by its employees as one of the best places to work, is growing again! We are seeking an Install Coordinator with at least one year of administrative experience to assist our HVAC Installation team in our High Point, NC office.

To be successful in this role, you must be highly energetic, customer‑satisfaction‑oriented and detail‑oriented, and able to learn and proficiently enter and access information in our customer database.

• Call customers to confirm appointments.
• Dispatch technician calls.
• Obtain permits and confirm client appointments.
• Proficiently file, fax, make copies, and prepare job packets.
• Use Microsoft Office and Excel effectively.
• Maintain excellent communication and organizational skills.
