Pay: $21/hr | Schedule: M-F, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC repairs and maintenance
• Handle general apartment maintenance tasks
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
• Complete work orders promptly and accurately
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
• Own tools required
• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
