Construction Manager for Indian Nationals in Mecca

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Mecca. As a construction manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. Your main duties will include planning and scheduling projects, managing budgets, hiring and supervising staff, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish within budget constraints
• Develop project schedules and allocate resources accordingly
• Hire and supervise staff including engineers, subcontractors, and laborers
• Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and other regulations
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
• Review design plans to identify potential problems or areas for improvement
• Monitor project progress to ensure it is on track with timelines
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and provide guidance as needed
