Indian Librarian in Mecca

We are seeking an experienced Indian Librarian to join our library team in Mecca. As a librarian, you will be responsible for managing library resources, organizing and maintaining the collection, and assisting library users with their research needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of library systems and technologies, as well as excellent communication skills to interact with students and faculty.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1100$, along with accommodation in Mecca. A biometric passport is required for this position.

• Manage library resources and collections
• Organize and maintain library materials
• Assist students and faculty with research needs
• Provide information literacy instruction sessions
• Evaluate and select new materials for the collection
• Maintain records of library usage and statistics
• Collaborate with other librarians to enhance services
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in the field

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Library Science or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a library setting
• Knowledge of library systems and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Valid biometric passport
