A reputable bakery in Mecca is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, ensuring quality control, and adhering to food safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Baker and possess strong communication skills. This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month.
We welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally permitted to work in Saudi Arabia. However, due to the nature of the job, we require candidates to have basic knowledge of Arabic language.

Responsibilities- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, and other goods in accordance with established standards
- Decorate cakes and pastries with various icings and toppings
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust accordingly
- Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness
- Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic proficiency preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
