Sales Manager - Mecca, Saudi Arabia (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are a leading company in the Mecca region, looking for a highly motivated and driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our sales team and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share.

• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet company goals
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and new markets
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Monitor sales performance and provide reports to senior management
• Train and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and achieve targets
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

• Indian Nationality preferred
• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (experience in the hospitality industry is a plus)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
