Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Workday HCM & Financials Assessment Consultant to evaluate and optimize its Workday environment across Human Capital Management and Financial Management functions. This consultant will assess current configurations, reporting, security, integrations, governance, and business processes while identifying opportunities for improvement and developing a strategic roadmap. Key Responsibilities Assess Workday HCM and Financials environments. Review Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Core Financials, and related modules.
Evaluate business processes, reporting, security, and integrations. Identify configuration gaps and process improvement opportunities. Assess platform utilization and adoption. Develop optimization recommendations and implementation roadmap. Present findings and executive-level recommendations.
Duration: 3-month contract + potential for extension
