The Greater Richmond YMCA is looking for a positive role model to help plan programming, assist with overseeing the center and supervise children in our after‑school child care program at the Atlee Station Family YMCA.
DUTIESResponsibilities include sight and sound supervision of a group of school‑age children, along with day‑to‑day operations of a school‑age child care center (snack purchasing, lesson planning, and parent engagement).
QUALIFICATIONS- General experience with budgeting and program administration is helpful.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record are also necessary.
- Degree in a related field or CDA required or meet DSS licensing requirements.
- Minimum age is 18.
- Candidates must be responsible and energetic.
The following are required within 90 days of Employment:
- CPR/AED Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Medication Administration Training (MAT)
