The role involves fostering relationships, mentoring student leaders, organizing transformative programs, managing budget and safety policies, training leaders, collaborating with inter‑ministry teams, and promoting spiritual development within the youth community.

• Lead and mentor 6th‑12th grade students and parents.
• Organize youth‑centered programs and transformative events.
• Manage budget, safety policies, and ministry resources.
• Train and equip student leaders and ministry staff.
• Collaborate with inter‑ministry teams for cohesive ministry impact.
• Promote spiritual growth and discipleship among the youth community.

• College degree in ministry, theology, or related field.
• Ministry experience, especially youth or student ministry.
• Strong leadership, relationship‑building, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Biblical teaching and Christian values.
• Personal commitment to Christian values and a passion for spiritual growth.
• Technology utilization and ministry equipping experience are a plus.
