You will have the opportunity to work onsite in Mechanicsville, VA 23116, overseeing various construction projects from start to finish. Your innovative solutions and problem‑solving skills will play a key role in ensuring the excellence and integrity of our projects. This position offers a competitive salary depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Conduct site visits and analyze survey reports.
- Assist with project planning, collaborating with architects and contractors.
- Follow a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional flexibility to meet project deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
- Experience in project management and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

- Criminal History: includes review of criminal convictions and probation. The following factors will be considered for applicants with a criminal history:
- The nature of the crime and its relationship to the position.
- The time since the conviction.
- The number (if more than one) of convictions.
- Whether hiring, transferring or promoting the applicant would pose an unreasonable risk to the business, its employees or its customers and vendors.
Salary: $85000 - $115000 per year
