? Daniels Health is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team and help support 2 Bon Secours hospitals with critical medical waste services.

—you’ll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and making a real impact every day.

• Memorial Regional Medical Center – 8260 Atlee Rd, Mechanicsville, VA 23116
• Richmond Community Hospital – 1500 N 28th St, Richmond, VA 23223

• Working directly with hospital staff to ensure safe and timely medical waste container exchanges and proper segregation
• Inspecting and servicing Daniels Health containers in clinical areas—this includes entering procedural spaces and working around sensitive equipment and patients
• Lifting containers (up to 50 lbs) and pushing/pulling carts (up to 300 lbs) throughout the day
• Maintaining inventory of containers and ensuring all areas are stocked and organized
• Using a company‑provided smartphone to manage tasks, report issues, and communicate with your team
• Keeping staging areas clean and orderly before and after service
• Representing Daniels Health with professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic

• Someone who’s physically fit

• A team player who can also work independently without direct supervision
• Strong attention to detail—especially when it comes to paperwork and procedures
• Reliable transportation
• A can‑do attitude and previous experience in a labor‑intensive or logistics role

  – Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, guaranteed AT LEAST 33 hours per week
