• Utilize and provide meaningful and timely reports to management using key performance indicators to aid in managing the health of the project.
• Develop, maintain and update project documentation.
• Develop and maintain program file system (physical and electronic).
• Contact customers to obtain project‑specific information.
• Estimate revenue and customer costs using provided estimating tools and collaborate to develop estimates.
• Ensure stakeholder notification and buy‑in.
• Complete project close‑out per company standards.
• Track accruals weekly and submit at the end of each week.
• Schedule work and crew makeup with scheduler for internal and external use.
• Work with Accounts Receivable and Billing to ensure all revenue is accounted for and accurate.
• Forecast month and year for each project and program.
• Create purchase orders.
• Design review and estimate take‑offs.
• Work with internal support groups (Finance & Accounting, Billing, etc.) to set up projects in the accounting system.
• Constantly manage and monitor project progress, risk, and the quality of the customer experience.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they become problems.
• Lead efforts to gather all project‑level status to report on project status to all stakeholders.
• Track change impact and delay impact.
• Forecast and manage materials to facilitate scheduled work on time and under budget.

• 20 years of experience delivering OSP Telecommunications services or in a utility‑related industry.
• PMP Certification.
• Ability to apply project management concepts and methodologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in an industry‑related field or a combination of education and experience.
