RN/LPN Charge Nurse (PRN) – Covenant Woods

Responsibilities- Provide nursing care and maintain the well‑being of all residents assigned during the shift.
- Maintain residents' rights.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Respond to emergencies.
- Work a minimum of 3 shifts per month.
- Shifts must include at least one weekend shift.
- Work at least one major holiday (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving).
- Work at least one minor holiday (e.g., Labor Day, Good Friday).
- Two years of progressive nursing experience, preferably in a long‑term care setting.
- Preferred: supervisory experience in assisted living or healthcare.
- RN/LPN license (required).
- Current CPR certification – BLS/Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Providers.
