Noodles Perks
- Lead a successful shift by bringing previous leadership or management experience (preferred).
- Apply experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations, supporting and leading across both front‑ and back‑of‑house.
- Lead with energy, positivity, and consistency, especially during busy shifts and peak hours.
- Support, coach, and motivate team members throughout the shift.
- Uphold and model food safety, quality, cleanliness, and daily operational standards.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively to support smooth service and strong results.
- Own open, mid, or close routines for your shift and set the next shift up for success.
- Recognize team members for their contributions and celebrate shift wins.
- Communicate clearly with your team and address issues as they arise.
- Meet the physical requirements of the role, which may include standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks.
- Obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Previous leadership or management experience (preferred).
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
- Ability and willingness to support and lead across both front‑ and back‑of‑house.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle high‑pressure situations.
- Commitment to food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina to perform required tasks, including lifting up to 55 pounds.
- Legal age of 18 years or older.
