Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $16.00 USD per hour

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks
• Assist guests to solve their specific needs and resolve concerns
• Make guests aware of current promos, store activities and events
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues and improve the guest experience
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target
• Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality
• Explain and demonstrate features of the Target App including Wallet
• Understand Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, online ordering, and guide guests to enroll and use these features
• Handle returns following policy guidelines and escalate to leaders as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with stocking during store hours
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-Up, and related duties, including compliance with applicable laws
• Other duties based on business needs
