Interacts with Customers, Distributors, and the outside sales force via incoming telephone calls, emails, and faxes to process orders and resolve issues with customer accounts. Calls on assigned sales territories to sell Aftermarket products and inform customers of new products and monthly specials. Builds and maintains strong relationships with assigned customers. Works with outside sales forces to secure Aftermarket sales and develop leads.

This position is eligible for Commission.

• Sell and process orders of traditional Aftermarket products to centers.
• Service inbound phone calls.
• Process Distributor orders and inquiries.
• Process Bowlero orders and inquiries.
• Work closely with assigned RSMs/DSMs to maintain a common sales strategy and share information.
• Execute prioritized call lists.
• Upsell and cross-sell at all opportunities.
• Gain market share from competitors.
• Develop customer relationships.
• Monitor and service the Customer Service voicemail box.
• Administer the Customer Service inbox.
• E-shop customer onboarding.
• Promote eShop adoption.
• Other duties as assigned.

• The position will not have direct reports.

$15 - $16 an hour

• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of general sales principles.
• Ability to translate technical knowledge into plain and easy-to-understand language.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a general office environment where typical levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

• No travel is required.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office products. Working knowledge of Microsoft CRM.
• Bowling center operation or bowling equipment background preferred.
• Knowledge of Qubica
  
  AMF Worldwide LLC products and systems preferred.
