Medical Transportation Driver

Join Covenant Woods in Mechanicsville as a full‑time Medical Transportation Driver. Drivers are responsible for the safe, timely and enjoyable transport of residents and guests.

• Assist and report to the Transportation Supervisor by serving residents and guests in a timely manner.
• Show great guest service skills including formally greeting guests and meeting resident demands.
• Operate vehicle fleet and other equipment as trained or directed by Supervisor.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Complete pre/post trip checklists.
• Maintain a clean driving record acceptable to risk management.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver's license (CDL not required).
• At least 1 year experience driving passengers in a shuttle bus or bus.
• No major violations within the last three years.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
