Key responsibilities
Handle daily finance and accounting administration. Prepare and check invoices, payment documents, and financial records. Record and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform bank reconciliation and other financial reconciliations. Monitor cash flow and daily financial transactions. Prepare regular finance reports. Ensure all financial documents are complete, accurate, and properly organized. Coordinate with other departments regarding financial and payment matters. Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Coordinate with other departments regarding financial and payment matters
Requirements :Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
Good understanding of basic accounting and finance principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to work at KIM 2 Medan with working hours until Saturday (12:00 noon)We are a company engaged in the field of cement manufacture. By 2011 PT.
