Supervisor for Warkop Agam Medan branch at Grand Mekarsari outlet, responsible for monitoring and directing the management of the coffee shop operation.
Key responsibilities- Monitor and direct the management of Warkop Agam Medan branch at Grand Mekarsari
- Ensure revenue meets or exceeds management targets
- Create promotions and social media content
- Organize events and activities at the outlet
- Oversee and ensure all work processes at the outlet comply with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Check food quality and cleanliness of restaurant areas (front of house and kitchen) before and during operations
- Conduct regular monitoring and checks on availability of raw materials, inventory, and outlet supplies to prevent shortages during peak hours
- Create work schedules (shifting) for staff (cashiers, waiters, chefs, and assistant chefs) to ensure optimal personnel placement
- Lead, train, and provide briefing to workers, including monitoring efficiency of part-time staff to maintain productivity
- Monitor staff discipline (attendance), team performance, and provide motivation or warnings for violations
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field
- Work domicile in Mekarsari, Bogor
