Job Requisition

• Arrange and conduct pre-teaching meetings.
• Conduct teaching and learning activities in the Laboratory (e.g., practicum sessions, tutorials, training).
• Ensure activities comply with standards, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Prepare practicum attendance documentation and activity reports.
• Calibrate and maintain practicum software, tools, and equipment regularly.
• Conduct inventory checks for laboratory tools, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate with Teaching Faculty regarding practicum sessions, assignments, projects, and exams.
• Manage scoring and collection of student practicum activities, such as projects, reports, and exams.
• Maintain data confidentiality related to assistant activities.
• Ensure effective execution of practicum activities as assigned.
• Provide consultation to part-time assistants and students on practicum content and activities.
• Participate in relevant training sessions.
• Achieve KPI targets set by the department.

• Participate in R&D activities.
• Implement practicum modules with current knowledge, tools, and technologies.
• Use assessment schemes and tools, including quizzes, assignments, projects, and exams.
• Encourage student participation in PKM and student/lecturer competitions.
• Provide training and coaching for part-time assistants.

• Provide reports to supervisors.
• Suggest process improvements related to time, effort, and cost efficiency.
• Participate in Quality Management System activities.
• Perform additional tasks as required by supervisors.

• Minimum university student (5th semester); fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
