- Ensure high-quality teaching, research, community development, and other academic activities in the International Trade Department align with BINUS University Quality Management System, BINUS University Academic Quality Standard, DIKTI standards, Accreditation Body standards, and continuous improvement toward world-class standards.
- Provide day-to-day academic leadership for the International Trade Department.
- Promote excellence in the International Trade Department’s contributions to the university’s research and knowledge exchange, learning and teaching, and internationalization strategies.
- Ensure effective and efficient use of allocated resources to maximize the International Trade Department’s contributions to the university’s strategies.
- Coordinate with other units to promote the program, building awareness of its competitiveness among prospective students, graduates, alumni, and employers in related industries.
- Develop faculty members in the program to achieve the highest levels of knowledge, formal education degrees, academic ranks, and professional recognition.
