Maintenance Manager

Job Description

Summary:

• Manage and coordinate to ensure the implementation of maintenance and preventive maintenance in support the smooth running of the production process.

• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of maintenance to be completed in accordance with the target time and results set.
• Monitor and ensure the running of preventive maintenance and maintenance of existing instruments and electrical equipment.
• Ensure calibration is on schedule.
• Make improvements by modifying equipment / machines.
• Coordinate the implementation of the project related to the scope of its work field to fit the targets set.
• Verify the implementation of PRP and Deep Cleaning is running effectively, and Ensure Correction action is implemented if there is a deviation.
• Running Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy.
• Responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline.
• Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP administration.
• Ensure the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO).
• Responsible for the development of employees in maintenance.
• Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment and equipment (cleanliness) environment (environment) in the work location.

• Bachelor degree (Mechanical Engineering) from reputable University.
• Minimal 15 years experiences in chemical plant maintenance with minimal 5 years at managerial position.
• Oleochemical industry.
• Well verse with rotating equipment (pumps, fans, etc) and static equipment (like pressure vessels, heat exchangers, vacuum vessels, etc).
• Good knowledge of electrical and instrument is necessary.
• Able to lead the maintenance team to increase MTBF and reduce MTTR; to do effective RCA; improve the skill set of maintenance team.
• Good project management skill in times of turnaround is added advantage.
• Willing to work in MEDAN.
