Sales Officer

We are looking for an Electromedical Technician to join our team.

• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and functional testing of electromedical devices to restore proper equipment performance.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and periodic calibration of electromedical devices in accordance with established schedules and technical standards.
• Install electromedical devices and perform functional testing at customer sites.
• Provide technical training and support to customers on the safe and proper operation of electromedical devices.
• Prepare technical service reports, maintenance and repair records, as well as periodic equipment performance reports.
• Develop and update work instructions and supporting documents related to the operation, maintenance, monitoring, and repair of electromedical devices.
• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to support customers' technical service requirements.

• Education:
  
  Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) in Electromedical Engineering (ATEM), Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in the installation or servicing of electromedical devices will have an advantage.
• Valid Electromedical Registration Certificate (STR Elektromedis) is mandatory.
• Good understanding of basic electronics, instrumentation, and the operating principles of electromedical devices.
• Familiar with calibration procedures and troubleshooting of electromedical devices.
• Able to operate electronic measuring instruments, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other testing equipment.
• Good communication skills and able to provide customer training on equipment operation.
• Knowledge of medical device standards and regulations is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to customer sites as required.
