• Lead and manage a team of a responsible for identifying and acquiring high-net-worth individuals for the bank's Treasures segment
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the Treasures client base, including market research, client segmentation, and targeted outreach campaigns
• Oversee the analysis of client data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize the Treasures acquisition process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Wealth Management and Private Banking, to ensure a seamless client experience
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching and mentorship, and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the bank's overall Treasures acquisition strategy

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team of analysts or relationship managers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful client acquisition strategies
• Proficient in the use of relevant data analysis and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
