Financial Controller Combo Properties

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed financial analysis and projections at the project and business unit level.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure proper accounting, statutory and fiscal standards are complied.
• Directs preparation of budgets and forecasts, reviews proposals and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification.
• Managing credit controlling and cash flow activities within the organization
• Advise and review tax requirements and tax filing reports for the company.
• Ensure timely submission of financial reports.

• Bachelor’s degree graduate in Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum 4 years in a similar role, preferably in the upper scale hospitality brand.
• Prior experience in hotel pre-opening or rebranding is preferred.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Willing to be working on-site in Medan, North Sumatra.
