Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred
- Good understanding of budget factors, variance analysis, and cash flow
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and confidentiality
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of finance operations
- Experience in trading, import/export, or FMCG industry is a plus
- A hands‑on accountant, not only reporting
- Someone who can build structure and discipline in finance
- Comfortable working in a growing company environment
- Proactive, trustworthy, and detail‑oriented
