Shopee is looking for an IT Support professional in Medan to provide technical support and ensure smooth operations of all IT systems. You will troubleshoot issues, manage network infrastructure, and interact with vendors.
The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years in IT Service Delivery, be fluent in English, and possess strong analytical skills. This position requires full WFO commitment at the Medan office.
