About the role

PT Tamora Padel Nusantara is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Padel Sport professional to join our team in Medan, Sumatera Utara. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across our padel sports facility. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will ensure that all areas of our venue—including courts, common areas, changing rooms and facilities—are maintained to the highest standards, creating an inviting and safe environment for our members and guests.

This role is essential to our operational excellence and directly contributes to delivering an outstanding experience for everyone who visits our facility.

• Conduct daily cleaning and sanitisation of padel courts, including sweeping, mopping and disinfecting playing surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including reception areas, waiting lounges, corridors and staircases
• Clean and sanitise changing rooms, restrooms, shower facilities and locker areas to the highest hygiene standards
• Empty and replace waste bins throughout the facility, ensuring proper waste disposal procedures are followed
• Perform periodic deep cleaning of designated areas, including walls, windows, fixtures and fittings
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance issues and report any damage or concerns to management
• Restock supplies such as soap, towels, toilet paper and other consumables in all facilities
• Follow and adhere to all health, safety and environmental protocols and procedures
• Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any defects or breakdowns
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of cleaning tasks
• Respond promptly to ad-hoc cleaning requests from management or facility staff

• Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles within a hospitality, sports or leisure facility environment
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Physical capability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
• Knowledge of appropriate cleaning products, techniques and equipment used in professional cleaning operations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative when required
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in facility management
• Familiarity with sports facilities or padel sports environments is desirable
• Flexibility to work shifts as required by operational needs
