• Manage and coordinate implementation of maintenance and preventive maintenance to support smooth running of the production process.
• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of maintenance to be completed in accordance with target time and results set.
• Monitor and ensure the running of preventive maintenance and maintenance of existing instruments and electrical equipment.
• Ensure calibration is on schedule.
• Make improvements by modifying equipment / machines.
• Coordinate the implementation of the project related to the scope of its work field to fit the targets set.
• Verify the implementation of PRP and Deep Cleaning is running effectively; ensure corrective action is implemented if there is a deviation.
• Run safety regulation in accordance with applicable policy.
• Responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline.
• Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP administration.
• Ensure the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO).
• Responsible for the development of employees in maintenance.
• Responsible for maintaining all equipment and maintaining cleanliness/environmental conditions at the work location.

• Bachelor degree (Mechanical Engineering) from reputable university.
• Minimum 15 years experience in chemical plant maintenance with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
• Preferably having experience in Oleo chemical industry
  .
• Well-versed with rotating equipment (pumps, fans, etc.) and static equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, vacuum vessels, etc.).
• Good knowledge of electrical and instrument required.
• Able to lead the maintenance team to increase MTBF and reduce MTTR; conduct effective RCA and improve skill set of maintenance team.
• Good project management skill during turnaround; added advantage.
• Willing to work in MEDAN.
