Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Food Technology, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Store in the Food & Beverages or retail industry.
Good understanding of food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, or ISO 22000.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and observation skills.
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and possess strong analytical skills.
Accustomed to shift work and willing to travel to various store locations.
Placement:
Medan, Sumatera
Schedule and conduct periodic store audits to ensure all quality procedures are implemented in accordance with established standards.
Collect and document audit performance results for each store.
Coordinate with the internal Quality Control team and cross-departments to resolve quality issues identified during the production process.
Prepare post-audit reports, analyze quality gaps, and propose areas for improvement.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor within the scope of relevant competencies.
