Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine audits to ensure all quality and food safety procedures are properly implemented across operations.
- Provide training and guidance to staff/crew on quality and food safety standards and procedures.
- Collect, analyze, and document audit and performance results for evaluation and reporting purposes.
- Initiate and monitor continuous improvement actions related to quality and food safety issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable food safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to follow up on audit findings and ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Food Technology, Nutrition, Biology, Chemistry, or related).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Food Safety.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards such as Halal, HACCP, GMP, and/or ISO 22000.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, with the ability to identify issues and drive improvement initiatives.
