Quality Control Supervisor - Betel Nut Industry

Our client, a growing company in the agricultural commodity and betel nut (pinang/areca nut) industry
, is currently looking for an experienced Quality Control professional to support their quality and warehouse operations.

This role will be responsible for managing quality control processes, ensuring raw materials meet required standards, overseeing processing activities, and maintaining product quality consistency throughout warehouse operations.

• Oversee quality control processes for betel nut (pinang) from raw material receipt to final product preparation.
• Inspect, evaluate, and ensure raw materials meet company quality standards.
• Manage processing activities in the warehouse to achieve required product specifications.
• Monitor inventory quality and coordinate stock management activities.
• Supervise warehouse teams to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and maintain quality documentation.
• Ensure production and quality targets are achieved while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow and consistent product quality.

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the betel nut (pinang) industry, specifically in quality control, processing, or warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of betel nut grading, quality standards, processing, and handling procedures.
• Experience managing warehouse operations, inventory, and teams.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
• Hands‑on approach with the ability to supervise teams and handle operational workload effectively.
