Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

Oversee all daily operations of the shop to ensure smooth functioning.

Develop and implement business strategies to promote the store and enhance profitability.

Hire, train, and supervise Sales Assistants in customer service and product promotions.

Address and resolve problems that may arise at the shop, handling all customer complaints professionally.

Arrange and manage the shift schedule to ensure adequate coverage during all operating hours

Prepare and present monthly sales revenue reports to management.

Manage all aspects of store operations effectively and efficiently.

Updating daily sales revenue in Ms. Excel

Perform stock inventory (stock opname) according to the given schedule to ensure accurate inventory levels.

Maintain the store cleanliness and presentation at all times.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required (S1)

Proven experience in Fashion Retail industry for minimum of 3 years

Experienced as Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager for minimum of 2 years

Proficient in Ms. Office and Google Workspace

Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes

Strong leadership and customer management abilities
