Job Description

Lead and manage daily boutique operations to ensure an exceptional client experience aligned with brand standards
Drive sales performance and achieve counter targets through strong commercial execution and team leadership
Coach, develop, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and product knowledge
Ensure high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
Monitor stock levels, inventory management, and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability
Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and repeat business
Oversee boutique administration, reporting, and compliance with company policies
Collaborate with marketing and retail teams for in-store activations and events

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle brands
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of customer experience and luxury service standards
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Willing to work in retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
