Home Health Aide

SYNERGY Home Care is urgently looking for CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Medfield, MA. We are seeking dedicated caregivers who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping clients feel safe and comfortable in their own homes. We have full-time and part-time openings, with short-hour and long-hour shifts available for caregivers with varying schedules.

• $20 to $23 per hour

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities

• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Communicate client needs and changes to the care team

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Patient, compassionate, and dependable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client's home

• Reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts
